Check the scope
Unblocking, grease-trap cleaning and pipe repairs are different services. Check equipment, materials, waste removal and exclusions. Agree on any additional work before it starts.
Property access in Niterói
Share the neighbourhood, property type, building entry rules and permitted hours. Describe access to inspection chambers; discuss any identification requirements with MSH.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know the cause first?
No. Describe the symptoms and previous attempts. If an assessment visit is needed, that condition should be stated in the proposal.
How will I know the price and timing?
The proposal states those conditions after the scope and availability are confirmed. You review it before payment and scheduling.
What if the problem continues after the visit?
Report it in the same MSH conversation. Describe what persists and follow the review. You can also confirm completion and rate the service.
